HOW TO USE

Carefully designed teatox booster to be taken before exercise or as a daily energy boost, to supplement your calorie controlled lifestyle.

When to use : To use as a pre-workout, drink within 1 hour before exercise or during your workout.

To use as a detox energy boost, drink when needed.

Up to 2 Energy boosters can be used per day.

Preparation : Drink warm or chill in the fridge ready for your workouts.

Pour boiled water over 1 teabag in a mug.

Infuse for 3 mins, stir briskly, remove teabag and drink when cool enough or chill in fridge to use later.

Add a sweetener of your choice if you wish.
